Mrs. Edna G. Sweeney died at 1:30 o'clock this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Theron Ross, 402 W. Porter Street after an illness of several weeks caused by Addison's disease. Mrs. Sweeney was born July 12, 1874 near Waynetown, the daughter of Richard and Anna Moore Harlow and was married to Harvey Sweeney May 22, 1896. As a result of this union 4 children were born, two dying early in life. Mrs. Sweeney spent all her life in the vicinity of Crawfordsville and Waynetown and had a wide circles of warm friends who will regret her demise. She was a member of the Crawfordsville First Baptist Church and Athens Chapter Eastern Star. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Theron Ross of this city and a son Russell Sweeney of Beloit, WI, two brother, Kenneth and Lester harlow, both of Beloit. Funeral services will be held from the ome of Mrs. Ross at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon, Rev. Odell of First Baptist Church officiating and interment will be in Masonic Cemetery at Waynetown.
